Be part of an inclusive creative process
After sketching ideas, wireframes are developed and presented to key stakeholders and a working group composed of key personas to ensure that layout, structure, general user flows, and information architecture are acceptable. Feedback is incorporated and flows into the next phase.
Once the structure, layouts and user flows are confirmed, the wireframes are converted into visual designs and presented back to key stakeholders and the working group.
Through this process, the group knows the design direction of the project, has provided enough feedback and input to ensure every business unit (or stakeholder) is represented, and our goal of delivering an amazing customer experience is on its way.
